1. The compressed air produced by the oil-free air compressor is oil-free

although no oil is used in the compression chamber, the oil will not contact with the compressed air, but the oil vapor contained in the atmosphere cannot be removed, which makes the compressed air still contain a small amount of oil impurities. After measurement, the oil content in the compressed air produced by the oil-free air compressor is closely related to the air quality, the environment of the air compressor room and the cleanliness in the compressor.

2. Oil-free air compressor does not use oil

although oil is not used to come into contact with the air in the process of compressing the air, oil is still used to cool the compressor and lubricate the operating parts so that the compressor operates normally and stably.

3. The compressed air produced by the oil-free air compressor is pollution-free

We believe that for most users, it is not necessary to truly level 0 oil-free compressed air, but more to solve the problem caused by oil impurities for refrigeration dryers, non-thermal regeneration dryers, micro-thermal regeneration dryers and other water removal equipment The pollution is a choice to prevent the efficiency of post-processing equipment from declining or even losing its water removal function. However, for users who need real grade 0 oil-free compressed air, it is difficult to obtain oil-free compressed air stably and continuously by selecting oil-free air compressor alone, and corresponding oil removal post-treatment equipment still needs to be configured.
