However, the grease sealed in the bearing will evaporate and oxidize and decompose the grease due to the increase in temperature during long-term operation, and the thickener in the grease will also deteriorate and lose the thickening effect.
Due to the change of grease performance, the use effect drops sharply. If new oil is not added in time, it will directly damage the bearing and even the machine.

The filter medium (foam sponge or felt) in the filter should be cleaned every three months, blowing off the dust on the medium, if necessary, wash with water, dry and reuse. The compressor shall be maintained at least once a quarter. The maintenance contents include thoroughly removing dust and dirt outside the compressor, checking and fastening connecting bolts at all parts of the compressor, checking whether the grounding wire is in good condition, and checking whether the electrical circuit is aging or damaged.
