The mineral water bottle blowing machine really needs to be equipped with high pressure and low pressure air at the same time, Its working principle and process determine the demand for different pressure air, as follows:
working principle and air demand
warm-up stage: The preform (embryo) is heated and softened by the infrared high-temperature lamp. This stage mainly depends on the heating system, but low-pressure air is required to assist in cooling the bottle mouth to keep its shape stable.
Bottle blowing stage:
- low pressure air: Used for preliminary inflation of the bottle blank to make it preliminarily shaped.
- high pressure air: After the preform is initially formed, the high-pressure air further inflates the preform to make it closely fit the inner wall of the mold to form the final desired bottle shape. The pressure range of the high-pressure air is usually 26-30bar (or higher, such as 35-40bar, depending on the equipment model and process requirements) to ensure that the preform can be fully stretched and blown.
Auxiliary System Configuration
the auxiliary system of the bottle blowing machine usually includes high-pressure and low-pressure air compressors, high and low-pressure air storage tanks, high and low-pressure cold dryers, air filters and other components. These components work together to provide stable, dry and clean compressed air for the blowing machine to ensure the smooth progress of the blowing process.
Differences in demand for different models and yields
- one-out-of-two automatic bottle blowing machine: May be equipped with high-pressure air compressor (such as 1.2/3.0) and low-pressure screw machine (such as 37kw) to meet the air demand at different stages.
- One out four or one out six automatic bottle blowing machine: It is possible to use multiple high-pressure air compressors (such as 15kw,2 or 3) and low-pressure screw rod machines (such as 15kw) to meet the needs of higher output.
