How to adjust the air pressure of air compressor

2026-04-09Views:

Granklin screw air compressor, adjust the pressure can contact us by phone, we will customize the pressure according to your needs.

Granklin accepts calls from various factories according to their needs, such as medium pressure screw air compressor, low pressure screw air compressor, process gas air compressor, etc.

In the air compressor factory debugging, according to customer needs to adjust to the specified pressure, and then set a pressure difference.

for example, the compressor starts to pump air into the air storage tank. When the pressure reaches 10kg, the air compressor stops or unloads. When the pressure reaches 7kg, the air compressor starts to start again. There is a pressure difference here. This process can give the compressor a rest to protect the air compressor.

Different air compressor switches have different adjustment methods. One is that the pressure difference is fixed by the switch itself, and only the automatic shutdown pressure is adjusted and the pressure is increased. This kind of knob with two flat-blade screwdriver debugging on the switch must be adjusted in the same way, otherwise it will stop when moving together, stop and start again, and burn out the electrical appliances. The other is an adjustable starting pressure (low pressure) and a mediator pressure (high pressure).

air compressor pressure adjustment:

a. Turn the pressure adjustment screw clockwise to increase the closing and disconnecting pressures simultaneously.

B. Turn the pressure adjustment screw counterclockwise to reduce the closing and opening pressures simultaneously.

Air compressor differential pressure adjustment:

a. Turn the differential pressure adjusting screw clockwise, the closing pressure remains unchanged, and the disconnection pressure increases.

B. Turn the differential pressure adjusting screw counterclockwise, the closing pressure remains unchanged, and the disconnection pressure decreases.

Can oil-free air compressor add some lubricating oil?

Lubricating oil is usually not needed and should not be added to oil-free air compressors. The original intention of the oil-free air compressor is not to use lubricating oil during the compression process to avoid mixing oil into the compressed air, thereby ensuring the purity of the output air. The addition of lubricating oil may
