The difference between oil-free and micro-oil screw machine

Oil-free screw air compressor relative to micro-oil screw air compressor has the following advantages and disadvantages:

1. Advantages:

(1) due to the high viscosity of lubricating oil, the oil removal equipment cannot be completely removed. Oil-free screw air compressors are mostly used in industries with very high cleanliness requirements such as food and medicine.

(2), lubricating oil into the system after a long time will make the molecular sieve poisoning, loss of activity. This annoyance does not exist without an oil machine. Therefore, no oil machine can reduce the maintenance of air compressor after the system drying equipment to bring additional maintenance funds. (Note: After the oil-free machine, the system drying equipment also needs to replace molecular sieves, filters, etc. regularly, but the cycle will be longer than that of the micro-oil machine.)

(3), energy saving. The pressure drop of the oil removal system of the micro oil machine is about 1-1.2kg, and that of the oil-free oil machine is only 0.2kg. Can save a lot of electricity.

(4), the micro oil machine has the problem of lubricating oil consumption, which needs to be supplemented regularly. In addition, regular maintenance of oil removal equipment, replacement of oil filters and the like are also a considerable expense.

2. Disadvantages:

(1), coating problems. The coating is easy to fall off. The oil-free coating is mostly the water-lubricated air compressor head of Shanghai Granklin Group.

(2), the host exhaust temperature is very high, generally up to 180 degrees Celsius. Extra care is required for burns, even fires.

(3), mainframe maintenance. The maintenance cost of the main engine is high, and the assembly accuracy is very high. A few manufacturers have the ability to repair the host, most manufacturers to take the host direct replacement processing. Costs can be imagined.
