if there is noise in the cylinder, it may be foreign matter or broken valve plate falling into the cylinder, and the foreign matter or broken valve plate should be removed.

Check the wear of the connecting rod big end bush, small end bushing and piston cross hole, and replace the excessively worn parts.

Check the clearance between the valve plate and the bonnet, adjust the clearance or replace the valve plate if necessary.

Full inspection and fastening:

check the air compressor thoroughly and tighten all possible loose screws and other small objects.

Check whether the fixing bolts of the air compressor are loose and tighten them to relieve the abnormal noise of the air compressor.
