Oil-free air compressor maintenance process

The synthesis is as follows:

1. When the power is cut off and stopped, in order to prevent the compressor from starting under pressure, the power-off handle of the pressure switch should be pulled when the compressor is turned on again, the air in the pipeline should be drained, and then the compressor should be restarted.

2. The user must set the compressor protective grounding wire to ensure that all metal shells of the compressor are in good contact with the earth, and the grounding resistance should meet the national standards.

3. If serious air leakage, abnormal noise and peculiar smell are found, the operation shall be stopped immediately, and the operation shall be resumed after the cause is found out and the fault is eliminated.

4. Friction parts are self-lubricating, so do not add lubricating oil.

The oil-free air compressor must be fixed on a ventilated, stable and solid working surface. In order to reduce noise and vibration, there must be a shock absorber.

6. The filter medium (foam sponge or felt) in the filter should be cleaned every three months, blowing off the dust on the medium, if necessary, wash with water, dry and reuse.

7. The oil-free air compressor shall be maintained at least once a quarter. The maintenance contents include thoroughly removing dust and dirt outside the compressor, checking and tightening the connecting bolts of the compressor and whether the grounding wire is in good condition,

check the electrical wiring for aging damage.

Two: maintenance items, in addition to the three-level maintenance items, another need:

1. Check the joint contact and insulation resistance of the electrical part of the screw air compressor;

2. Replace the motor grease (once every 8000 hours of operation). If there are parameters in the equipment manual, the manual shall prevail;

3. Clean the relief valve (intake valve);

4. Clean the minimum pressure valve (pressure maintenance valve);

5. Clean the return check valve;

6. Clean the temperature control valve;
