The rotor usually meshes directly, does not rely on synchronous gear transmission, and the lubricating oil will participate in the entire compression process.

Scope of application and applicability:

oil-free screw machine: especially suitable for places with high air quality requirements, such as food, medicine, semiconductor and other industries. Since there is no lubricating oil involved in the operation of the oil-free screw machine, the compressed air produced is more pure.

Micro-oil screw machine: It is favored for its good lubrication effect and wide applicability. It can operate stably in high temperature, high humidity or dust environment, and is suitable for various industrial environments. However, the compressed air produced may contain traces of oil.
