The difference between the advantages and disadvantages of oil-free air compressor and oil-free air compressor

Nowadays, oil-free air compressors are favored by many consumers. Among them, oil-free air compressors have many unique characteristics and benefits. In fact, oil-free air compressors generally do not contain any oil. What is really oil-free is oil-free air compressors. Air compressors lubricated with resin materials are the real oil-free air compressors. General oil-free air compressors only contain very little oil.

1. From the perspective of oil content, oil and no oil in the air compressor generally refer to the amount of oil content in the gas discharged from the air compressor exhaust port. Generally, the oil content of the oil machine is relatively large, while the oil content of the oil-free oil machine is 0.01ppm, so the oil content is used to distinguish the oil and no oil in the air compressor. There is also a full oil-free air compressor, it is not the use of oil lubrication, but the use of resin material lubrication, so the final discharge of the gas does not contain oil called full oil-free air compressor.

(2) From a structural point of view. There is no difference between the bearings of an oil-free air compressor and an oil-free air compressor. However, there is a big difference between the two in terms of working principle. The whole oil-free air compressor has no oil participation in the operation process. Whether it is an oil-free piston machine or an oil-free screw machine, they will generate a large amount of high temperature during the operation. If it is an oil-free air compressor, the high temperature generated during the compression process will be taken away, thus the mechanical cooling. The oil-free air compressor does not have the participation of oil, and a large amount of high temperature will be generated in the compression process. In practical application, a special high temperature resistant material called Teflon or molybdenum disulfide is used to replace the oil. The high temperature in the compression process of the air compressor is solved, thus achieving the purpose of oil-free compression.

3. Oil-free air compressors are cleaner and more environmentally friendly than oil-free air compressors. Hospitals, laboratories, schools, etc. will give priority to the use of oil-free air compressors.

It can be said that there is a big difference between oil-free air compressors and oil-free air compressors, and the natural application fields are also very different.
