Unloading valve is not closed or does not work properly: This may cause the air compressor to fail to intake air normally, resulting in shutdown. At this time, the unloading valve should be checked and replaced if necessary.

Electrical equipment failure: such as star delta switch failure, air switch setting start time is shortened, etc. may lead to air compressor tripping.

The pressure in the oil and gas barrel is too high: when the pressure in the oil and gas barrel exceeds the set value, the pressure relay will act, causing the air compressor to stop.

High temperature trip caused by lubricating oil: There is a temperature sensing probe on the spool of the temperature-controlled bypass valve. If the temperature of the lubricating oil is too high, the spool will not work normally, which will cause the trip.

Air compressor exhaust pressure is too low: when the exhaust pressure is lower than the set value, the pressure switch will act, causing the air compressor to stop.
