(2) Requirements for oil content

this is what everyone can intuitively perceive. The oil particles in the compressed air will pollute the fabric, produce defective products, and adhere to the nozzle outlet, which will affect the spray force and trajectory of the nozzle, reduce the weft insertion effect, and make the weft insertion disgusting. The adhesion of oil particles on the reed will increase defects, and the diffusion of oil particles produced by production vehicles in the air will pollute the environment and endanger the health of workers. Therefore, oil particles with a diameter greater than 0.01 microns should be filtered, and the large oil content should not exceed 0.01 mg/m3.

(3) Requirements for dust and toner

because the meshing gap of the air compressor is very small, the dust and carbon powder contained in the air will accelerate the wear of the compressor and reduce the service life of the screw. Impurities, dust and toner above 1 micron should be ***, and the concentration of *** large dust in the air should not exceed 1 mg/m3.
