What should I pay attention to in high temperature and hot weather oil-free air compressor

Oil-free air compressor is an upgrade of air compressor equipment. Oil-free air compressor is suitable for industries with relatively high air quality requirements. Now many medical and cosmetic industries have a relatively large demand for oil-free air compressor. Oil-free air compressor needs to operate 24 hours a day due to heavy workload, especially in hot summer, so oil-free air compressor is prone to failure. Therefore, we should pay more attention to some details when using oil-free air compressor equipment in summer.

Oil-free air compressor in the summer use should pay attention to what?

1. Do not pull the cable or unplug the plug from the power supply. Keep cables away from heat and oil and avoid contact with sharp objects.

2. Oil-free air compressor equipment should not be exposed to wind and rain, do not work in humid and dark places, do not store flammable and explosive liquefied gas and dust.

3. Oil-free air compressor should be properly kept. The air and sewage in the equipment should be discharged and stored in a dry environment.

The air absorbed by the oil-free air compressor shall not contain flammable and explosive gases. It is strictly forbidden for children to approach the running machine to avoid accidents.

5. Please note that the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage on the air compressor nameplate. When the power supply voltage is higher than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause personal accident and damage the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is lower than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it will cause poor starting and even damage the motor.

6. Oil-free air compressor can only be used for compressed air. It cannot handle other gases under any circumstances, nor can it be used to inhale liquids, particles, solids and any flammable substances that may cause an explosion.

7. Do not use overpressure. When leaving the factory, the pressure of the air compressor has been set to 8 bar; the safety release pressure is 8.8 bar; otherwise, the fuel tank will explode.

8. The filter should be cleaned in time according to the usage, and the accessories and cables should be checked regularly. The damaged cables should be replaced immediately. The machine should be kept dry and oil-free to give full play to its performance.
