1. Gap adjustment

The direct consequence is that the compressor in the process of compressing the air compressor leakage (that is, back leakage) increases, the volume of compressed air discharged from the machine becomes smaller. In terms of efficiency, the compression efficiency of the compressor is reduced.
2) The increase in the gap between the male and female rotors and the rear end cover and the bearing will mainly affect the sealing performance and compression efficiency of the compressor. At the same time, it will have a great impact on the service life of the male and female rotors. The rotor gap should be adjusted for overhaul to avoid the rotor and The shell is scratched or worn.
3) The gap between the screw of the main engine, the screw section and the end face of the front and rear bearing seats is too large, resulting in noise as a direct result, which is often referred to as abnormal noise of the air compressor. If this situation occurs and is not handled in time, it is easy to cause end face sticking. The end face of the bearing seat after loading the seat and the end face of the bearing seat at the front end of the unloading seat. It led to the sudden death of the nose, and the cost of repairing it would be much higher.
2. Wear treatment
as we all know, as long as the machinery is running, there is wear. Under normal circumstances, because of the lubrication of lubricating oil (commonly known as: air compressor oil), the wear will be reduced a lot, but long-term high-speed operation. The wear is slowly increasing. Screw air compressors generally use imported bearings, and their service life is also limited to about 30000h. As far as the main engine of the air compressor is concerned, in addition to the bearings, there are also shaft seals, gearbox and other wear. If the correct preventive measures are not taken for slight wear, it is easy to cause increased wear and damage to components.
3. Host cleaning
the internal parts of the air compressor main engine are in a high temperature and high pressure environment for a long time, coupled with high-speed operation, and there will be dust and impurities in the ambient air. After these small solid substances enter the machine, they will accumulate carbon along with the lubricating oil. If they accumulate into large solid blocks, the main engine may be stuck.
4. Increased cost
here costs refer to maintenance costs and electricity costs. As the air compressor host has not been overhauled for a long time, the wear of the parts increases, and some worn impurities remain in the host cavity, which will shorten the life of the lubricating fluid. At the same time, due to impurities, the use time of the oil and gas separator core and oil filtration period is greatly shortened, resulting in increased maintenance costs. In terms of power cost, an increase in power cost is inevitable due to an increase in friction and a decrease in compression efficiency. In addition, the decrease in air volume and the decrease in compressed air quality caused by the air compressor host will also cause an indirect increase in production costs.
