During the operation of the air compressor, condensed water will be generated from the compressed air, which needs to be discharged regularly to maintain the performance of the equipment and the quality of the compressed air. The specific drainage frequency shall be comprehensively judged in combination with the operating environment and the operating state of the equipment:

if the ambient humidity is high, the equipment continues to operate or the amount of compressed air is large, and the condensed water accumulates faster, it is recommended to check the air storage tank daily and discharge the accumulated water in time. If the equipment is used frequently or the environment is dry, the inspection interval can be extended appropriately, but it is still necessary to confirm whether there is water in the gas tank regularly (such as every 2-3 days).

It should be noted that the drainage operation should follow the safety regulations: before discharge, it is necessary to ensure that the equipment has been shut down and the internal pressure has been released to avoid accidents caused by high temperature gas or residual pressure.
