1, two aspects affect the air compressor high temperature

2. The air compressor system is short of oil

After the shutdown and pressure relief, when the lubricating oil is static, the oil level should be slightly higher than the high oil level mark H (or MAX). During the operation of the equipment, the oil level cannot be lower than the low oil level mark L (or MIX). If the oil is found to be insufficient or the oil level is not observed, stop the machine immediately for refueling.

3. The oil stop valve (oil cut-off valve) does not work properly

the oil stop valve is generally a two-position two-normally closed solenoid valve, which is opened when starting and closed when stopping, so as to avoid the oil in the oil and gas barrel from continuing to spray into the machine head and from the air inlet. If the component is not opened when loading, the main engine will heat up rapidly due to lack of oil, which will cause the screw assembly to burn down in serious cases.

4. Oil filter problem

A: If the oil filter is blocked and the bypass valve is not opened, the air compressor oil cannot reach the head, and the main engine will heat up rapidly due to lack of oil.

B: The clogging flow rate of the oil filter becomes smaller. One situation is that the air compressor slowly rises to a high temperature because the heat is not completely taken away. The other situation is that the air compressor has a high temperature after the air compressor is unloaded, because the internal oil pressure of the air compressor is high when the air compressor is loaded, and the air compressor oil pressure is low after the air compressor is unloaded. It is difficult for the air compressor oil to pass through the air compressor oil filter, and the flow rate is too small.

5, thermal control valve (temperature control valve) work failure

the thermal control valve is installed in front of the oil cooler, and its function is to maintain the exhaust temperature of the nose above the pressure dew point. The working principle is that when the oil temperature is low, the branch of the thermal control valve is opened, the main circuit is closed, and the lubricating oil is directly sprayed into the machine head without passing through the cooler; when the temperature rises above 40 ℃, the thermal control valve is gradually closed, and the oil flows through the cooler and the branch at the same time; when the temperature rises above 80 ℃, the valve is completely closed, and the lubricating oil enters the machine head through the cooler to cool to the maximum.

If the thermal control valve fails, the lubricating oil may enter the machine head directly without passing through the cooler, so that the oil temperature cannot drop, resulting in overtemperature. The main reasons for its failure, one is the size of the valve core two thermal spring fatigue after the elastic coefficient changes, can not change with the temperature and normal action; two is the valve body wear, valve core stuck or action is not in place and can not be closed normally. Can be repaired or replaced according to the situation.

6. Check whether the oil regulator is normal,

8. Check whether the cooler works normally

for water-cooled models, the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water pipes can be checked. Under normal circumstances, it should be 5-8 ℃, and there may be scaling or blockage below 5 ℃, which will affect the heat exchange efficiency of the cooler and cause Poor heat dissipation, at this time, the heat exchanger can be removed for cleaning.

If it is a water-cooled machine, check whether the inlet temperature of the cooling water is too high, and whether the water pressure and flow rate are normal. For air-cooled models, check whether the ambient temperature is too high.

the inlet temperature of cooling water should generally not exceed 35 ℃, and the flow rate of water pressure between 0.3 and 0.5MPA should not be less than 90% of the specified flow rate. The ambient temperature should not be higher than 40 ℃. If the above requirements are not met, it can be solved by installing cooling towers, improving indoor ventilation, and increasing room space. You can also check if the cooling fan is working properly. If there is a fault, it should be repaired or replaced.

The air-cooled unit mainly checks whether the difference between the inlet and outlet oil temperatures is about 10 degrees. If it is less than this value, check whether the fins on the surface of the radiator are dirty and blocked. If dirty and blocked, clean air can be used to dust the surface of the radiator and check whether the fins on the radiator are corroded.

9. Incorrect lubricating oil specifications or poor quality

10. Check whether the air filter is blocked

If the adjustment is too high, the overtemperature phenomenon will be caused by the increase of the load of the machine. This is also the same as the previous reason. The high temperature of the air compressor is a secondary manifestation, mainly manifested by the increase of the current of the air compressor motor and the shutdown of the air compressor protection.

12. Oil and gas separator is blocked
