1. preparation

before starting the vehicle, check the amount of lubricating oil in the oil-gas separator. If the oil level is too low, add oil to the specified oil sight glass level.

2. Start

open the air supply valve, press the start button, the unit will delay operation for 15 seconds, observe whether the pointer of the pressure gauge slowly rises to 0.25~0.4Mpa, run for a period of time, check whether the instruments and indicator lights are normal; Whether there is leakage in the oil and gas pipelines; Whether the oil level is within the specified range; Whether the exhaust pressure gradually rises to the set upper limit value.

3. operation

periodic checks in operation:

1, oil and gas separator lubricating oil quantity, oil level is too low should stop, until the air pressure drops to "zero" can open the cover to add oil.

2. The exhaust temperature should not exceed 110 ℃.

3, when the compressor working pressure reaches the upper limit should be able to automatically unload, to the lower limit should be able to automatically load.

1. After closing the air supply valve, press the stop button to stop the motor.

1. During the operation of the unit, when an abnormal situation is found, the emergency stop button can be directly pressed to stop the operation. Observe the indicator light and the condition of the unit, and cut off the power supply. Find out the cause of the fault and start it again after handling it. The emergency stop button must be reset.

2. Emergency stop shall be made under the following conditions:

the exhaust temperature exceeds the set value; the motor is overloaded but the overcurrent protection device does not operate; the solenoid valve is out of control; the lubricating oil cannot enter the unit for lubrication.
