Moisture content:

moisture in compressed air is also an important indicator. Excessive moisture will lead to uneven plating, affecting the plating effect and product quality.

The electroplating workshop requires the water content of the compressed air to be controlled at a low level. The water content level is usually required to reach level 2, and the pressure dew point is -20°C to ensure the stability of the electroplating process and the quality of the electroplating layer.
