1. Screw air compressor, low unit pressure

the reason for this failure is that the actual gas consumption is greater than the output gas of the unit;

screw air compressor bleed and intake valve failure; transmission system is abnormal, ambient temperature is too high, air filter is blocked; load solenoid valve (1SV) failure; minimum pressure valve is stuck;

there is leakage in the user pipe network; the failure of screw air compressor such as pressure sensor, pressure gauge and pressure switch will lead to low pressure of the unit; the pressure sensor or pressure gauge input hose leaks.

2. The screw air compressor unit has large fuel consumption or large oil content in compressed air
