1. Screw air compressor, low unit pressure

the reason for this failure is that the actual gas consumption is greater than the output gas of the unit;

screw air compressor bleed and intake valve failure; transmission system is abnormal, ambient temperature is too high, air filter is blocked; load solenoid valve (1SV) failure; minimum pressure valve is stuck;

there is leakage in the user pipe network; the failure of screw air compressor such as pressure sensor, pressure gauge and pressure switch will lead to low pressure of the unit; the pressure sensor or pressure gauge input hose leaks.

2. The screw air compressor unit has large fuel consumption or large oil content in compressed air

the reason for this failure is that there is too much cooling dose. The correct position should be observed when the unit is loaded. At this time, the oil level should not be higher than half;

oil return pipe blockage will also cause screw air compressor failure;

the installation of oil return pipe does not meet the requirements will cause the screw air compressor oil consumption is too large;

the exhaust pressure is too low when the unit is running; the rupture of the oil separation core will cause the screw air compressor to malfunction;

the internal partition of the separation cylinder is damaged; the coolant is deteriorated or used over time.
