◆The compression ratio of the second stage compression is 60% lower than that of the first stage compression. The compression ratio is low, and the reflux leakage is greatly reduced, resulting in an increase in the output flow rate of the screw host. Low compression ratio reduces the heat generated during the compression process, which can improve the volumetric efficiency of compressed air.
◆Adopting two-stage compression technology improves the energy efficiency of the compressor, and the compression process is closer to isothermal compression. Under the same working conditions, two-stage compression saves about 20% more energy than one-stage compression.
◆When the compression ratio is low, the axial and radial forces generated by the rotor are greatly reduced, greatly improving the service life and reliability of the rotor bearings and rotor.
